Getting started for properties
From unlisted to bookable in the Tulo app, in four steps.
1. Get your property listed
Every property on Tulo starts as a verified listing: real location, photos, contact details and licensing. If your property is not on Tulo yet, email support@mail.tulo.homes or ask the Tulo team member who visited you. Listing is free.
2. Get your Property Console account
The Tulo Property Console is the software you run your reservations on: room types, rates, availability, bookings, front desk check-ins, and your team. The Tulo team creates your first manager account and you can invite your own staff from Settings.
You sign in at your console address (your property's own subdomain, e.g. yourhotel.tulo.homes).
3. Set up your inventory
Inventory is what makes your property bookable: what you sell (room types), how many you have (rooms), what a night costs (rates), and how many are open each night (availability).
The console has a guided setup that walks you through it in four steps and takes about ten minutes. See Inventory concepts for how the pieces fit together.
4. Go live
When room types, rates and availability exist, switch on Accepting reservations in the console. From that moment travelers can book you in the Tulo app, and every booking lands in your console the second it happens — alongside the walk-in and phone reservations you record yourself.
Guests pay for their stay directly with you, at your property, on your terms. Tulo does not collect the room money.
